You'll need them to hold loot from grinding, questing and gathering. Request a friendly Tailor within your Guild to make you some if that is not one of your professions. See the link below for my wow bag guide.
Don't neglect concerning the secondary professions: Fishing,PVP Items WOW, Cooking and major Aid. There's Items to be made from them. See my article on Fishing for World of Warcraft Items.
The bigger the bags the better. Spend less your Items and purchase some really big bags as rapidly as you can.
